Train at our state-of-the-art facility in Wyckoff, NJ. If you are local or within driving distance, this is the best option for you. Nothing beats the energy of live, one-on-one training. We will focus on improving your size, strength, power, quickness, speed, and resiliency during the off-season, and ensure that we maintain your performance levels in-season. All programs come with a complimentary assessment and session to ensure proper programming strategies. All programs are tailored to your exact goals, needs, and position on the field.

The sport of lacrosse is growing and players are becoming more talented than ever. With that, there are many great lacrosse programs that were built and are currently developing to help players all around enhance their stick skills and game IQ. However, there is a gap in the lacrosse community that I’m on a mission to fulfill. That gap is the strength and conditioning side of lacrosse. 

With all the misinformation and gimmicks shown on social media, it’s hard to find the proper knowledge and coaching that can actually help athletes see results. After seeing my own transformation while playing lacrosse and constantly studying the science of performance training, I now want to help other lacrosse players become bigger, stronger, faster, and quicker.

My athletes here at Pursuit have been following a strategic program and assessment process that has them increasing their muscle mass, strength, speed, power, and agility. Each variable in our program was implemented with a purpose and reason to ensure success. My goal is simple: to build the size and athleticism of my players so they can optimize their game.
