Ian Swaine

Ian Swaine is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland with a Bachelor’s Degree of Fitness Development with a concentration in Psychology. He believes the greatest benefit of exercise is self-improvement; which enables a person to unlock their highest capabilities and become the best version of themselves. He has trained clients of various types, assisting them in achieving higher levels of performance inside and outside of the gym. Past clientele includes collegiate, high school and youth athletes of various sports including basketball, track and field, soccer, lacrosse, and Ju-Jitsu. He has helped people increase muscle mass, lose fat and enhance their quality of life overall.
