ALlyson Spungin
Allyson began her career in fitness as a personal trainer in 2014 and later became a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach in 2017. She has worked with a variety of people from strength and endurance athletes to weight loss, pre/post natal, injury rehab, disease prevention and symptom management clients. She is able to provide all clients with a well rounded, suitable and results driven nutrition program. Regardless of the goal, the ability to empower people through sustainable programming with the emphasis on properly fueling themselves is key to her mission.
Allyson has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and has managed several fitness departments. She has 10 years of dance experience, 10 years of teaching group fitness classes and has built small group training into her programs.
Allyson has competed nationally as a 67.5kg USPA powerlifter, is a nationally qualified National Physique Committee bikini athlete, and has ran several half marathons throughout the course of her career. You can find her on the gym floor, likely dancing while her athletes smash PRs, or chatting them up between sets. Her no quit attitude fuels a strong work ethic and believes it’s just as important to have fun with it.
